So yeah, Ocelot is here now. Headcanon time!
Ocelot may be a unicorn, but is magic isn't really that good. He can use it to lift his revolvers and it helps him aim. But that's about it...no teleportation, no heavy lifting or complicated spells. Sometimes he is a bit jealous of other unicorns who are more versed with their magic (e.g. Quiet).
But he's still good at interrogations! It's amazing what you can do with only the slightest bit of magic to get somebody to talk. 
Yeah, not so much for Ocelot...I promise that there will be more headcanons for the next character!
